Attention: When your account is past due, whether service is suspended or not, you must call the Haysville City Building at (316) 529-5900 to get an accurate balance due BEFORE PAYING ONLINE. Failure to do so could delay payment processing and restoration of services or cause your bill to not be fully paid.

For the convenience of its residents, the City of Haysville offers online bill payment for water service.  This enables residents to pay their monthly bill online with a major credit card or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover).  From this website you will be able to:

  • Pay your water bill
  • Review your account information
  • Review your previous bill and payment history
  • Review your household water consumption history  

New User 
If this is your first time visiting, you will need to have your utility bill available while you create a new user account. A hard copy of your utility bill will allow you to provide your account ID number and your property location exactly as it is listed for billing purposes.

Returning User If you already have a user account, you will only need your email address and password to log in.
